Tolliver v. Chex Systems. I felt vindicated when I won this case. Its' about time Chex Systems got put in the their place.
. Tolliver v. Lockheed Federal Credit Union I accepted a settlement. It's all good.
Tolliver v. Farhadian This is one litigant (the defendants) whom I don't mind conveying I don't care for. I do not trust these people. The day of the trial, in which we settled, I requested that I would be paid that day. An employee of Dr. Farhadian, a research scientist he claimed, was present for the defense and was responsible to pay me after the trial. After pulling teeth for a few hours, he did. I immediately went to cash the check and it was NO GOOD! Can you believe that. I made a phone call to the Dr.'s office indicating that I will go back to court. A few hours later, the money was availible. ironically, i cash it at their bank, whom i sued months earlier and won a settlement. Small world. End Page
